Yes. The clubhouse is available for resident reservations. Reservation guidelines, fees and capacity limits apply. Please contact the office to reserve. 

Our community is located within the Papillion-La Vista Community Schools district. Bell Elementary School. Papillion Middle School. Papillion - La Vista South High School. The school bus drops off and picks up directly at the clubhouse for all 3 schools!

We offer a mix of on-site parking options, including garage and surface lot parking. Each home comes with one garage included in the utility bundle. 
Yes, garages are available for rent on a limited basis. Availability and pricing can be confirmed with the leasing office. 
Yes. EV charging stations are available on-site for public and resident use. Charging fees and usage guidelines apply. Selects homes include EV charging ports in the garage as well. 
Parcel lockers are available for package deliveries at the clubhouse as well as parcels attached to the mailboxes.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community, welcoming cats and dogs. Breed restrictions apply in accordance with our insurance and community policies. Please contact the leasing office for the current restricted breed list. There is no weight limit for pets.

Yes. All dogs must be registered with Poo-Prints prior to move-in, and swabbed at move-in or adoption. This helps keep our community clean and enjoyable for everyone. Failure to comply may result in fines per the lease agreement.

Yes. Our community offers a utility bundle that helps simplify monthly expenses by combining select utilities into one convenient charge. 
The community is all electric. There is no gas service to individual apartments. 
You can submit maintenance requests via the online portal, community app, or by calling the leasing office. Emergency maintenance is available after-hours for emergencies 24/7. 
Rent can be paid a number of ways online, via certified funds and our community also offers Flex rental payment options
Yes. A traditional security deposit is not always required for applicants. However, applicants who are conditionally approved may be required to provide additional information or fees prior to move-in, these can include traditional security deposit, Jetty bond or provide an approved guarantor. A non-refundable fee is required at move-in. Please contact the leasing office for more information.
All applicants are subject to credit and criminal background checks. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply and be approved, regardless of financial responsibility. Household income must meet the minimum requirements based on the rental rate - 3x monthly rental rate combined income.
Yes, we utilize Snappt to verify identification and income documentation as part of the application process. 
Yes. Renters insurance meeting minimum coverage requirements is required prior to move-in and throughout the lease term. Options to purchase through us are available.
Vestara 72 is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
